Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No. Meals are left in insulated packaging at your door. You don't need to be present, but please let us know if you have a secure location preference.

How many meals do I receive each day?

You receive 3 fully prepared meals per day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are ready to eat with no cooking required. The number of portions scales with your household size.

What if I need to pause or cancel deliveries?

You can pause or cancel at any time by contacting our support team. There are no penalties or fees.

Can I choose what meals I receive?

Meals rotate weekly based on seasonal availability. You can request dietary accommodations (halal, vegetarian, low-sodium) during enrollment.

What if my Medicaid status changes?

Please notify us if your Medicaid enrollment changes. We'll work with you to determine continued eligibility or connect you with other resources.
