About the Program
BumbleBeesRus connects eligible Medicaid members in NYC to free food and nutrition support. Qualified participants may receive three daily meals delivered to their door, medically appropriate groceries, and expert nutrition support — at no cost.
Who Is Eligible?
This program is designed to support Medicaid members with food or nutrition-related needs. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Mental health or substance use challenges
- Developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Pregnancy or recent childbirth
- Serious or chronic medical conditions
- Frequent hospital or ER visits
- Children and young people with health needs
- Basic food insecurity or difficulty accessing healthy meals
- Other medical, social, or nutritional needs that may qualify through screening
Even if you don't see your situation listed above, you may still qualify. We encourage anyone with active Medicaid who has food or nutrition needs to complete a simple screening.
Active Medicaid
You must be an active Medicaid member in New York State.
Food or Nutrition Need
You or someone in your household has a food or nutrition-related need.
Agree to Screening
